Congratulations to Peter Nelson, Pennington SWCD Water Plan Coordinator, who was just named the 2020 Outstanding Soil and Water Conservation District Employee by Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR) Executive Director, John Jaschke, during the Pennington SWCD virtual Board Meeting on December 15th.
