MAWQCP
The Minnesota Water Quality Cerification Program is growing initiative allowing agricultural producers and landowners the opportunity to take a leading position in protecting our water.
Shoreland Management
Forms and/or permits are required to build within a certain distance of a shoreline as well as with shoreline restoration projects.
Buffer Law
Pennington SWCD partners with Pennington County on the 2016 Buffer Law. Our office and staff are responsible for completing compliance checks while the County is responsible for enforcement actions of the Buffer Law.
